DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
The delivery will be by reliable forwarders (SDA, FedEx, TNT Traco, UPS, Bartolini,…)
chosen time by time according to the features of the ordered products and to
their weight. The delivery charges are always indicated in the trolley.
The delivery, except different agreements, will be done by forwarders chosen
from CO.IN. – Commercio Internet or from its representative. In this case,
and only when the shipment charges are debited, the goods is under our responsibility.
In case of theft/loss, CO.IN. – Commercio Internet will deliver a new
product and, if there is no more availability of it, it will propose another
product with the same features, with the right of the customer not to accept
this proposed products and to request a credit note for this product.
In case that the forwarder is charged by the customer, CO.IN. – Commercio
Internet will not be responsible for the loss and/or damages of the products
since the moment CO.IN. leaves the goods to the forwarder.
The delivery time, is approximately of two working days from the date of the
order; it can be some changes for uncontrollable events.
PURCHASE CONDITIONS
General information
If you log as “Italian PRIVATE”, the VAT will automatically computed
in the trolley at the moment of the purchase.
If you log as “Italian (vat number) / Foreign OPERATOR”, the sale
will be made issuing a tax/vat exempt invoice.
Responsibilities
CO.IN. –Commercio Internet is not responsible for any damage or loss that,
directly or indirectly, derives from the sale of goods and services proposed
in the catalogue published in the web-site CO.IN. – Commercio Internet,
even in case of delayed or failed delivery of the goods and is not responsible
for other events that are not due to CO.IN. – Commercio Internet.
Technical Information
The technical information in the web-site CO.IN. – Commercio Internet
derives from the information published by the manufacturing industries of the
goods in our catalogue. Therefore CO.IN. – Commercio Internet shall change/adapt
the technical and dimensional information of the products, according to what
the manufacturing industries inform, even without any prior notice.
Products availability
On the products catalogue published on the web-site CO.IN. – Commercio
Internet, since the possibility to order directly on line changes in real time
the availability of the product, CO.IN. – Commercio Internet doesn’t
guarantee to assign the ordered goods.
Risks and Property
The goods will be dispatched free port, insured, and debited on the invoice;
in case the goods will be dispatched Ex Works, at a request of the customer,
the risk is at the customer’s expense from the moment of the delivery
of the goods to the forwarder. At the moment of the delivery of the goods, the
customer has to verify the integrity of the parcels and the quantity and quality
correspondence of what is indicated on the packing list. In case of differences,
they have to be indicated on the same document and confirmed, within seven days,
per fax or per registered letter to CO.IN. – Commercio Internet at the
attention of the sales manager. Even if the package is intact, the goods have
to be controlled within seven days from the delivery. Eventual hidden defects
have to be notified in writing per fax or per registered letter. Every notification
differently done will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration
the customer has the whole responsibility.
Orders
Orders are accepted only in writing, by fax or on line. The customer that orders
on line will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, with the order number;
in case that, after some minutes, the customer will not receive the order number,
it means that the order has not been accepted because of accounting or adminitrative
reasons or because of unavailability of the product.
Prices
All the prices published in the site are VAT-not included. Prices can be changed
at any moment, without any prior notice.
Payments
The goods have to be paid by credit card or by an advance money transfer, except
different conditions that have to be agreed in writing with CO.IN. – Commercio
